President, The Krohne Connection, a consulting firm specializing in workplace diversity and gender relations. Clients include Drake Beam Morin; The Betty Ford Center; Baker & McKenzie international law firm; the Secretary of the Navy; Aetna Health; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Solar Turbines; Sea World of California; the County of San Diego; Walt Disney Studios; Denver's Regional Management Development Center; Scripps League, Copley Newspapers, and various California school districts. Extensive pro bono work for San Diego Lawyer's Club Sexual Harassment Task Force. Executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership. Course leader for several American Management Association courses including "Developing Executive Leadership" and "Executive Effectiveness." Course leader for WinStar Communications and Anderson-davis. The Krohne Connection opened its doors for business in April, 1992.

Adjunct faculty at the University of San Diego, the University of LaVerne and the University of Redlands, teaching Organizational Behavior; Organizational Theory; Managing Conflict and Change; Business Communications; Institutional Ethics and Social Responsibility; and Gender and Cultural Issues in Management. Guest lecturer at various universities on the topics of sexual harassment in organizations, the military as a cultural phenomenon, organizational theory and organizational behavior.

Associate Professor of Naval Science for the Naval Reserve Officer's Training Unit at University of San Diego and San Diego State University. Administered a comprehensive educational program for an annual average of 225 young men and women in preparation for their commissioning as Navy or Marine Corps officers. Taught ethics, as well as elements of naval history and leadership, emphasizing the need for cooperation and working as a team.

Commanding Officer (CEO) of the Personnel Support Activity at Naval Training Center, San Diego. Provided pay, personnel, and educational services for 15,000 customers on a daily basis. Led a staff of 260 officers, enlisted and civil service personnel.

Comptroller, Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego. Managed a $150,000,000 budget for one of the Navy's largest industrial air stations.

American delegate to the Royal Naval Staff College, England. First American woman to be selected to attend this prestigious British Staff College.

Executive Officer, Navy Recruiting District, San Diego. Directed the recruitment of officers and enlisted men and women over a tri-state area encompassing Arizona, Southern California, and Southern Nevada.

Prior to the positions described above, served in various capacities as an officer on active duty with the United States Navy.

Elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, Business Honor Fraternity. Presented a Navy League National Award for inspirational leadership by the Chief of Naval Operations. Listed in Who's Who Among San Diego Women. Awarded a Navy Achievement Medal, two Navy Commendation Medals and a Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding performance of duty. Chosen as one of 2,000 Notable American Women for 1992 by the American Biographical Institute, Named to the International Platform Association in 1994; Outstanding Alumna from the University of San Diego in 1995; International Who's Who of Professionals in 1995, 1996 and 1997; Member, International Coaching Federation; Board Member, Professional Coaches and Mentors’ Association.
