Dr. Kay Krohne founded The Krohne Connection to pioneer the way for men and women to dissolve gender biases, resolve conflict and manage change in the workplace.
The Krohne Connection objectives are to:
¨ Encourage open communication
¨ Create awareness and appreciation of gender and cultural differences
¨ Empower co-workers to recognize potential problem situations and resolve issues positively and sensitively
Each training program is custom designed to meet individual client needs. Seminars offer a variety of interactive experiences which illustrate the dynamics of the culturally diverse workplace. Training options include mini-lectures, case studies, role playing, and live action dramatizations.
Programs are also designed to meet client time requirements. The Krohne Connection offers:
¨ Half-day, one-day, and two-day seminars
¨ A series of workshops designed for specific gender or multi-cultural issues.
